- Davidsons plum

These plum like fruits can be used to make jam and wine, and to provide colouring and flavouring in sauces, ice creams and drinks. The fruit has dark red flesh with a sour plum flavour.
The finger lime has been recently popularised as a gourmet bushfood. The globular Juice vesicles have been likened to a "caviar lime", which can be used as a garnish or added to various recipes. The fruit juice is acidic and similar to that of a lime.
